This includes, without limitation, the Elevate Me Up brand, the organisation and lay-out of the site and the underlying software that is owned by us, other Elevate Me Up companies, our users, suppliers or licensors.

By using the site you’re agreeing that Proprietary Content is available for personal use only and that you will not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or dispose of in any way any Proprietary Content other than through the “share” functions available on the site. Neither the Elevate Me Up name nor any other Elevate Me Up company name, trade mark, logo or design may be used or copied in any manner.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from use of any Proprietary Content.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Currently we prefer payments via bank transfer to keep our lowest possible prices.

However, if you require payment via a credit card (fees may apply), please let us know.

It is your responsibility to pay taxes based on your local taxes laws. Please note our prices include UK VAT.

Annual plans must be paid in full in advance. For a cancellation request of the annual plan, we would require a full 30 days notice in writing and then you will receive a pro-rata refund minus any administration plus any other services that were carried out.

Monthly plans must be paid in full in advance. For a cancellation request of the monthly plan, we would require a full 5 working days notice in writing and then you will receive a pro-rata refund minus any administration plus any other services that were carried out.

Elevate Me Up reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prospectively modify its rates for Elevate Me Up at any time and in case of unavoidable circumstances. You will be informed of any such modification, which will be effective in thirty (30) days from date of the modification.

Links to Other Sites

Our site may contain links to other third party websites, resources, advertisements or sponsorships.

If you choose to access any of these links, you will be leaving the site and since we don’t have any control over these third party sites, we are not responsible for the content, advertising, products or services available from them, or for any dealings or disputes that you may have in relation to those sites.
