As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are proud to offer structured Degree Apprenticeship pathways. We partner with leading UK universities to provide hands-on, strategic commercial experience whilst fully funding our apprentices through their higher education.

We are currently focusing our Early Careers intake on the prestigious Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.

Apprentices at Elevate Me Up do not just observe; they are integrated into our core operations. From day one, they gain exposure to high-level IT transformation projects, philanthropic mentoring coordination, and business strategy formulation. By combining rigorous academic theory (studying remotely and via block release) with practical consultancy application, our apprentices graduate with a full BA (Hons) degree, a CMI professional qualification, and zero student debt.
